Our inspectors will complete a detailed room-by-room inspection of
the property. More than 500 items from floor to ceiling, inside and
outside are checked during the inspection process. We
encourage our clients to participate in the inspection.

The Inspection
	Inspectors will arrive on site ahead of the agent and client and complete most of the external work early.
	Inspectors will ensure our clients fully understand all aspects of our findings on site and at time of reporting.

Safety
	Inspectors adhere to our safety program, approved by NSCSA. As a minimum we will employ standard PPE, safety harnesses, fiberglass ladders and associated safety practices.
	Inspectors will not undertake any work considered unsafe.

Reporting Format
	Checklists are used for on-site data collection.
	Verbal report is given at conclusion of inspection.
	Written report delivered within 24 hours.
	Digital Photographs will be used to support our reports.
	At time of delivery, the report is reviewed with Clients and/or the Agent in its entirety to ensure all aspects of the inspection are fully understood.
	Clients will sign an acknowledgment that they understand the report results at time of review.
